The Entry Process:
With Passport & Character Linked to Ticket:
- Have your QR code ready at your vehicle! (sent as an Email when you purchase a ticket)
- One of our Traffic Management team will greet you and scan your ticket(s)
- We’ll ask if you’re camping IC or OC
- If IC – you’ll be given a temporary vehicle pass, follow the directions to the field
- Please exit the field as soon as items are dropped off. Do not delay.
- Return the Vehicle pass to a member of Traffic Management (in HiVis)
- If OC you’ll be directed to the main Car Park ( where Accessibility & Live-Ins are also located)
- If you would like your Resources from the bank, head there when it opens and remember your Player ID (not Character ID)
Without Passport, but Character Linked Before March 27:
- Scan your QR as normal
- Pick up your printed passport and resources at the bank.
No Passport or Linked Character Yet (But You Have a Ticket):
- Go to Customer Support (the first tent you see walking from the carpark to the IC field)
- They’ll find your character and print your passport
- If you would like your Resources from the bank, head there when it opens and remember your Player ID (not Character ID)
No Ticket Yet?
- Buy your ticket, create a character, and get your passport printed there.
- Visit Customer Support on arrival (the first tent you see walking from the carpark to the IC field)
