Event Schedule

Greetings Adventurers!
We can’t wait to see you on the field
Below is our schedule of events for when you arrive!

We want to point out that we are not calling all of these ‘new player’ meetings, as we believe that experienced larpers should feel welcome to come along and find out about the system if they haven’t been before, or to refresh their knowledge of the rules as there have been changes to many areas!

The same goes for our practice skirmish. We encourage any combat player to come along, to try the new rules in a practice environment, and to support brand new players by demonstrating good form in combat at larp.

We have created a brand new opportunity specifically for players who have never or barely larped before, to come and ask questions, meet other new players, and get some tips from some of our crew.

Additionally, there has been a Diversity Meetup on Thursdays from around 8pm at the Bar. This is not an official meeting but a chance to hang out together and chat with other players and crew. This will just be an informal meeting so be encouraged to go along and say hello!

Thursday Schedule

Thursday hosts our Diversity meetup – an informal hangout aimed at POC and LGBTQ+ players.
There will be a number of crew there to chat to about experiences or bring questions to!

Site Times

• Site opens to the public at 3pm on Thursday and then access is closed to arrivals at 11:45pm.
• Site reopens at 8am on Friday. On Friday & Saturday, the site is open to arrivals from 8am to 11:45pm.
• On Sunday, the site opens at 8am and the public must be off site by 8pm at the latest.
• Cars cannot be on the IC field at all when time-in is active. Cars have to be off the IC field by 5pm on Friday. They cannot come back onto the IC field until 3pm on Sunday.

Bankers Guild Timings

The Bank is where you can collect and deposit your resources, among many other things. Below is the opening times for MF1.
Please note that you only need to collect your resources when needed, so consider coming later than time-in for reduced queuing!
