General Admission – £100
This is the best price you can get for general admission. We offer this ticket up to 2 weeks before the event.
Late Booking – £110
As we get closer to the event tickets will become more expensive as costs such as last minute packs and printing increases. The increasing price reflects this.
On the gate: £110+£15 admin fee
While we do have the capability to serve customers at the gate; this is the most resource and time intensive way of doing so and thus the cost once again increases.
Concession: £80
We offer a discounted price to full time students and people who receive state benefits as their main income (this does not include pensions sorry). Please bring valid student ID or a universal credit statement to the event if you wish to take advantage of the concession.
Youth Ticket – £60
For adventurers aged 12-17 we offer a discounted ticket.
Please note:
Those under 16 years of age need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
Under 16’s will not be allowed to participate in any main battlefield combat encounters. This restriction is unfortunately necessary to ensure younger participants are not exposed to potentially dangerous combat situations. They can still enjoy much of the immersive, non-combat elements of the Menhirs Fate experience.
16+ may participate in battlefield combat encounters with the consent of their parent or guardian.

Guidance for Parents/Guardians
Your Role at Menhirs Fate
Menhir’s Fate is an immersive, high-fantasy environment with adult elements such as drinking, foul language and simulated violence. While we welcome families, we are not a childcare facility. The responsible adult must be with their child at all times – whilst players are often considerate of the presence of young people – in choosing to attend with your children you accept you and your child may encounter adult themes.
Active Supervision: We expect all parents and guardians to maintain a line of sight or be within reasonable reach of their children (Ages 0–15) at all times. If you must leave the site or attend to a high-intensity scene where your child cannot be present, you must designate another responsible adult who has agreed to take over your duty of care.
Safeguarding: We have a dedicated team of volunteers with level 3 child safeguarding qualifications – If you see a child left unattended or in distress, please notify a member of the Crew immediately who will then radio these safeguarding volunteers to attend. All safeguarding concerns will be documented and treated with the highest priority.
In-Character Accountability: If your child participates in the game, they are subject to the same IC social, political and gameplay consequences as any other character. You are responsible for helping your child navigate these consequences within the safety of our gameplay rules.
OC Disruption of IC moments: Our world is immersive and sometimes scenes can become intense. If your child becomes distressed, frightened, or disruptive, you are expected to step out of the scene immediately to comfort them. We reserve the right to ask parents to gently remove a child from a specific area if their presence is impacting the experience of other players.
Equipment & Immersion: We strive to keep the Menhirs Fate world as immersive as possible. We ask that children’s props, toys, and gear be kept as “period-appropriate” as possible. Please avoid neon plastics, modern electronics, or bright branding in the main game area.
Children under 16 are not permitted to engage in the battlefield combat elements of the game.
