A: We offer 1 player ticket for each 6mx6m section of a pitch – 1 ticket for a small, 2 for medium and 4 for a large pitch. This is due to our onsite security requiring a different ticket for attendees who may be arriving early, such as crew and traders. We will be able to assign tickets to those who have been listed on this form as standard, please ensure that all who are listed make an account at www.menhirsfate.com using the same email address so they can be attached to the account. If you do not require the standard number of tickets for your stall, for example you are a solo stall-holder running a medium pitch stall, please get in touch and we can offer an amended rate.
Any additional tickets for assistance on stalls have to be purchased through the website as standard player tickets.

A: The Trade & Food Market is a distinct area of the site map, which will be Out of Character but is very close to the central game area. There will be a couple of covered areas for sitting and eating, and are encouraging a renaissance fair atmosphere where players can take a break from the game and browse. A mental health charity will also be operating a stall in this area, as a point of safety to players who may be requiring mental health first aid.

A: No, there is no requirement for tents to be canvas. Due to requirements from the local council – Attendees must take full responsibility for the suitability and safety of their tent/stall. It must be wind rated and staked down and secure. If you are using a 3rd party company for marquee hire they must take this into consideration also.

A: Yes, the closest section of the OC camping area will be designated for traders, directly behind the Trade & Food Market and next to the car park and accessible camping.

A: Yes, power is available for an additional £50 per pitch. This price has been subsidised in order to make it more affordable.

A: Yes, although there is no requirement to do so. When sending payment via bank transfer, if booking on to multiple events please put your business name and MF1/2/3/4 in the payment reference to let us know which event(s) you are booking on to.

Please get in touch if you have a tent that is outside these specifications so we can discuss options for you.
We’re also aware that many traders prefer to share a stall, so if this is the case for you, please get in touch.

We’ve also checked in with The Marquee Company Ltd, who already provide tent hire at Empire and Lorien Trust.
Their prices are by far cheaper than the Marquee hire companies closer to the site, if you are in need of hire we recommend talking to Jamie over at https://marqueesnottingham.com/.
They have previously been able to offer table hire and other amenities as well.
