Greetings adventurers, we’re less than a week away from MF2 – before each event we provide you a Prologue to help immerse you into the current events of Elandra, enjoy! After this, we’ve got some updates on Non-Com monster roles and passport deadlines.
Everyone braces for Haven returning. Some who have never been are wondering if it is becoming routine already? A Miracle specifically for the fight of an Age becoming something expected enough you could almost put it on the calendar?
And then something happens that has never happened before. The Fading has retreated. The unnatural mist that steals memory and corrupts the soul pulls back and unveils a world thought lost. The Fading has been forced away and months later Haven is drawn to the newly freed land.
The Great Plains of Urdrevan have been uncovered for several months now and while the Urdrevan have been keen to explore the area and walk paths not walked for generations – they do not jump blindly in. The Fading may be gone but the Corrupted are not. Patrols occasionally clash with Urdrevan Bands but there are no large scale conflicts. A healthy caution seems to be on both sides with both unsure of how exactly to deal with this new ground.
As people begin their travels to Haven there is caution and excitement in every breath. What could be hiding in the overgrown plains and waiting for people? Trail markers are hidden in long grass and people rely on the nomadic Urdrevan to guide them while they continue their endless wandering.
OC Notes: Haven is located in Urdrevan this season and its a location that has been newly freed from the Corruption! We encourage you to look at the Urdrevan wiki pages. Its entirely appropriate to have travelled to Haven with an Urdrevan band that is exploring the area. There are still some Corrupted in the area which you may have had small skirmishes or snuck past to get to Haven.
Below are just suggestions if you wish to bring some basic kit pieces to fit the role (or you have anything fancy to show off!) – we do have an extensive costume section and can likely sort you out if you just turn up in base layers!
