Site Rules & Map

Greetings adventurers!
Whether you’ve been to Menhirs Fate before or not, it’s important to remind yourself of the site rules and regulations. They are different depending on the site we’re at, so expect these to change!

Site Access

  • Our site opens to the public on Thursday at 3pm and the Entrance to the site closes at 10pm, re-opening at 8am. You will be turned away from security if you attempt to arrive earlier, so please bear this in mind.
  • Time Out is at 3pm on Sunday, all customer vehicles must be off site by 7pm

Vehicles

  • Driving anywhere on site is restricted to 5pmh at all times.
  • All vehicles on the IC field must return to the car park no later than 5pm on Friday

Fire

  • Fires are only permitted on the IC field and may be subject to weather conditions and grassfire risks.
  • All fires should be in a suitable fireproof metal container such as a firepit or cooking stove and at least 15cm from the ground.

No Glass

  • No Glass is to be allowed on site with some exceptions:
    • Mirrors
    • Lanterns with Hardened Glass
    • Cosmetics containers
    • Optical Glasses and Accessibility Equipment requirements are of course also permitted.

No Sleeping in Cars / Vans

  • We cannot allow anyone to sleep in their cars or vans in the car park.
  • We only allow suitable Live-In vehicles that are specifically located in the live-in car park. These vehicles must be specifically up to code with the safety features of live-in vehicles such as camper vans.

Accessibility and Power Points

  • We have an accessibility camping area with accessibility needs. There is a centralised location for power within this area to allow you to charge devices / mobility scooters.
  • There is designated accessibility parking close to accessibility camping.
