The Watch Begins At The Outlands

Following the recent wave of serious attacks, a proposal has been set forth for the construction of five defensive signal towers—collectively known as the Outlands Defence Towers. These three-storey structures, built from Hammerstadt stone and timber, will be carefully positioned across the rugged landscape to maximise visibility and early detection.

Each tower will be staffed and outfitted with long-range signalling systems—braziers, horns, and beacons—designed to warn the city of approaching threats. Beyond their practical use, these towers stand as a symbol of collective vigilance and shared defence.

As the first line of resistance against danger—particularly the ever-looming menace of the corrupted—these towers aim to ensure that the wild and unpredictable Outlands remain under watchful eyes.
