With the wind at their backs and vigilance in their hearts, a new flotilla has been proposed to extend the guardianship of Portavas’ sacred waters. Inspired by the strength and devotion of the existing Windward Flotilla, this new fleet — composed of three specially constructed sloops — will serve as protectors, scouts, and companions to the ever-watchful PMCS FEDEA and her kindred ships.
The proposed ships, named PMCS Kholyn, PMCS Puerto, and PMCS Amity, are envisioned as versatile and swift. Each vessel would echo the design principles of the original flotilla — compact yet resilient hulls, twin-masted sails for agile maneuvers, and reinforced lookout posts for extended visibility across the Galene’s shifting tides. Their decks would house modest but potent armaments, ideal for patrolling coastal shallows, assisting in convoy defense, or responding swiftly to sudden threats on the horizon.
Yet this new fleet is not only built for war — it is built for belonging. The name “Amity” in particular signals a broader intent: to extend the hand of camaraderie and aid to allied vessels and sea-bound communities in need. These are ships of shield and shelter, not only sword and signal.
Should this proposal be funded, they will take their place beside the faithful flotilla already keeping vigil in Felea — a further promise that the shores of Portavas remain well-defended, and that no tide shall rise unchallenged.

Guardianship over the waters of Portavas
