Initially, a single wheel harnesses the flow of water to operate machinery within the mill, with plans for future expansion should the demand grow. From the wheel, water is directed via stone channels to a small bottling plant, itself a compact stone structure designed for two workers to manage efficiently.

The bottling system incorporates careful engineering: overflow channels prevent water from flooding workspaces, while a metal grate ensures floors remain dry and safe. The water itself possesses luminescent qualities when in motion, providing a gentle glow that doubles as a practical beacon for boats navigating the river. Bottles will be purchased from Portavas glassmakers. Creating a product that is both functional and beautiful, its soft illumination a subtle safeguard against accidents caused by the hazards of candlelight, will be available for sale to all who may benefit from its glow.
