With the planned cultivation of the rare Ettermoran plant underway and the rare plant growing within the sanctuary of the Verdant Cathedral, the Adventurers Guild turns its gaze toward the final phase of its long-term plan: to understand and utilise the plant’s deeper properties for the benefit of all.
The Rooted Tower will rise beside the greenhouse—a fortified alchemical laboratory and arcane facility constructed from warded stone and shielded glass. This high-security site will house an elite team of alchemists, naturalists, and magical researchers tasked with unlocking the plant’s potential.
The laboratory will include containment vaults, regulated experiment halls, herbariums, secure stores, and observation towers. Upon its completion, the Rooted Tower shall stand as a symbol of careful stewardship and scholarly valour—a place where the marvels of nature are respected, revealed, and responsibly shared with the world.
To commemorate this act of preservation, the Guild has renewed its promise: the honour of naming this miraculous species will be awarded to the greatest benefactor of the Adventurers Guild Greenhouse and its upgrades.
