Greetings Adventurers! We’ve taken a look at festivals over the year and reworked things into a full year plan so we can make them fit around the wider schedule.
Each of the events this year will feature one realm festival, with a number of other festivals for individual nations.
Most of these are likely to remain in place on this schedule from now on. We are aware this has changed from last year and we haven’t got this information out as early as we would like – but due to running less events and the revamping of the game over the winter, we have had to make certain changes to allow for event scheduling to be possible, alongside other constraints (such as monstering) while still allowing us to deliver plot.

Card Amnesty
Because of our rules changes and some process difficulties throughout the first year, we need to review every single card out there (even if it’s just a roleplay effect or miscellaneous plot item!).
The Crafters are gearing up to use their lovely card database to do this for all numbered items, so don’t worry if you have one of those – the updated version, or a refund, will be waiting for you at the Card Amnesty desk on Thursday or Friday before time in, or at the Crafters Guild after time in.
Similarly the Guardians have good records of all Weavings and will have updated versions ready for you, either at the Card Amnesty desk (before time in) or at the Menhir tent (after time in). However, there are lots of other random miscellaneous bits of card – boons, effects, plot items – that we need to gather in, because ultimately we did not keep great records of them all and need to check what is out there… If you have any kind of item or boon or effect or any other kind of Menhirs Fate card which isn’t Crafters Guild numbered and isn’t a Weaving effect, please let us know about it!
You can send either a photo or the text or both to rules@menhirsfate.com so we can look it over in advance. Then come to the Card Amnesty desk to collect the new version at the event. Old items / effects etc will not be valid at this year’s events until they’ve been checked and replaced – we will have a different card back this year, so refs can spot old items and send you to the appropriate place to get them replaced.
