Here is everything you need to know about getting on site, where to park, and how to keep things running smoothly. Please read carefully!
Arrival & Gate Times
- Earliest Arrival: 3:00 PM on Thursday. You will need a Thursday camping ticket (available here or at the gate).
- Gate Closures & Openings: For security reasons, the main gate will close at 10:00 PM every evening and will reopen around 8:00 AM each morning. If you arrive or want to leave when the gate is closed, there will be a phone number on the gate to call our security team for access.
- Car Parks: The car parks are now located outside of the closed gate. This means you will have 24/7 access to your vehicle if you need to leave the site during the evenings on any day. It will also mean you don’t have to go through the ticket check again when going around the one-way system to get to the car park, an error we made last time!
Unloading & The IC Field
- Unload, then Park! On Thursday, the IC field will be bustling and needs all the space it can get. Please unload your kit, and park your car as soon as possible before you start setting up your tent. Leaving your vehicle on the field while setting up takes up space that others need to unload and setup.
- Friday Cut-off: Vehicles will not be allowed on the IC field from 5:00 PM on Friday. The absolute last access to the IC field will be around 4:45 PM. After this point, you will be directed to the car parks and will have to carry your kit onto the field. Any vehicles already on the field are expected to be moved off by 5:00 PM.
- Saturday Access: There is no vehicle access to the IC field on Saturday.
Traffic & Strict Parking Rules
- One-Way System: There is a one-way system around the perimeter road again. We have added new ways to leave and re-enter it to improve access for areas of the site that didn’t have great access last time.
- No Overnight Parking Next to Tents: Vehicles cannot be left on the IC field overnight and cannot be parked next to tents. This is a strict safety concern that we cannot compromise on. Please move your vehicles to the car parks as soon as you can.
- Do Not Park on Side Roads: Do not stop or park on the side roads for any reason. Last event, vehicles left along the roads beside Morvalis and Valdraeth camps caused real issues with moving machinery around. We have a new traffic plan routing through nations for better access to all, please follow it!
OC Camping Areas
We now have two OC camping areas depending on which nation you want to be near:
- Original OC Camp: This area is located near Syradonia, Morvalis, Kairos, Avereaux, and The Wonder.
- New Main OC Camp: This area is a better pick if you want to be near Portavas, Urdrevan, and Valdraeth.
Make sure to check out the map to get a bit more clarity on where everything is located!
Fire Safety (Hot Weather Warning)
Due to the hot weather, we ask you to be extra mindful of fires. We may have to restrict them if conditions require it.
- All fires must be in a metal, fireproof container (like a firepit or stove).
- Fires must be at least 15cm off the grass. The grass should not be scorched!
- Douse the ground underneath and around you fire for maximum safety
- A portable fire extinguisher or similar fire prevention is also wise.
- Site staff will be doing fire patrols. Please politely comply with their requests.
- If we have to restrict fires, we will announce it via Threads.
- WE HAVE A DEDICATED SKIP FOR HOT ASH. IT’S THE LITTLE 4 METER ONE. PLEASE BE SURE YOU ARE NOT PUTTING HOT ASH IN ANYTHING OTHER THAN THE LABELED HOT ASH SKIP WHICH IS NEXT TO GATE BETWEEN VALRAETH AND THE WONDER CAMPS.
Event Schedule
- Friday Time In: 6:00 PM to 1:00 AM.
- Saturday Time In: 10:00 AM to 1:00 AM.
- Sunday Time In: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Time Out).
- Departure: All players must be packed up and off the field by 7:00 PM on Sunday.
Our dedicated traffic team will be in place Thursday, Friday, and Sunday. Please bear with us while we test this adjusted site and traffic plan. We hope these updates help you get closer for setup/pack-down and ensure you have the absolute best experience of Haven during Time In!
